Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, especially during peak seasons like Halloween, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay in the processing of your order.
Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping (within the US & Canada): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country's postal service.
Please note: These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping. Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50!
- Express Shipping: Where available, express shipping options and rates will be presented at checkout.
- International Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to become active and updated. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or on our website's "Track Your Order" page.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
AuraDigits is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
For missing packages or shipments that are significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at muntahakumu@yahoo.com. We will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
